We strive to create a fair and comfortable environment for all players. Please read the rules carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
Gatto is not responsible for:
Financial losses of users
Platform errors, technical failures, or delays
Violations of the law by users
Prohibited Actions
The support team and project administration monitor compliance with the rules. In case of violations, your account may be banned, your in-game balance reset, and your access to the game restricted.
Game Automation
Any actions that automate gameplay in any way are strictly prohibited:
Participating in Competitions without actively controlling the Gattomon
Using or distributing software that automates any game functions
Using Multiple Devices or Multi-Accounts
Simultaneous use of multiple devices or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, including:
Participating in a Competition from multiple devices on the same account
Collecting Gifts on multiple devices simultaneously
Participating in multiple Competitions at the same time with one account
Owning and using multiple accounts (e.g., to level up a main account)
Exploiting Game Vulnerabilities
Deliberate exploitation of bugs or game vulnerabilities for personal gain is prohibited.
If you discover a bug, please report it to Telegram @playtsupport. We offer a Bug Bounty program with rewards for reporting critical bugs.
Fraud Against Other Players
Deceiving other users for financial gain, including fraud in P2P transactions, is strictly prohibited.
Important: Players are fully responsible for participating in P2P transactions. The service does not guaranteesuccessful transactions and does not intervene in disputes between players.
Consequences of Violations
If the rules are violated, the administration reserves the right to:
Ban the account
Disqualify the user from raffles or competitions
Reset the in-game balance
Annul minted NFTs issued by the user
Restrict access to the game
Appealing Restrictions
Users can appeal account restrictions within 14 days by submitting a request to @playtsupport. If no appeal is submitted within this period, it may be denied.
The administration is not required to provide evidence of violations if doing so would harm the project or disclose personal data of other users.
Rule Changes
The administration may modify rules, game algorithms, and conditions without prior notice. By continuing to use the service after updates, the user agrees to the new terms.

User Obligations
Players must:
Comply with the laws of their country, including those related to digital assets
Provide accurate data during registration
Take full responsibility for any financial operations involving the service
Legality
Participation in the game is allowed only in countries where it is legally permitted. Users must independently verifytheir local laws before using the service.
Refund Policy
Refunds are possible within 24 hours of purchase only in case of technical issues or if the purchased item was not delivered. Refunds for other reasons are not available.
Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amount: 20 TON
Maximum withdrawal per user: 20 TON (reset every 7 days from the last withdrawal)
Attempting withdrawals more frequently than every 7 days may result in a 25% fee (maximum 5 TON).
Global withdrawal cap for all users: 2000 TON (resets every Monday at 00:00 server time). This limit may be changed at the discretion of the administration.
